This site provides a service that connects prospective tenants with property owners in the Roanoke Virginia area and surrounding communities. Property Owners post their listings and they immediately become available to prospective tenants who have internet access either at home or at the local library. This site also provides Links to some information for tenants and Property Owners such as property rental tips etc.

If you are a prospective tenant you can begin your search now by clicking Search.

This brings up a page with the heading "Search for Rental Property" Then click on search at the bottom of that page without entering any data. You will see a list of properties for rent in the Roanoke and surrounding areas. When you click on "View" on the left of the screen you will see a "Property Details" page with particulars about the house or apartment. Then go to the Contact Information in the bottom right hand corner of that page where you will find the person to contact about the property by phone or email.

If you are a Property Owner you should Register so that you may list your properties on our site. If you have already registered you can Login where indicated in the top menu.

Special Note To Property Owners and Managers.
This site has been on-line now for a couple of years and the number of properties listed and displayed in response to a search goes up and down as properties are rented and new properties are listed. We encourage you to experiment with how the site works by registering and listing at least one property. You will note that any information you place on the site is under your total control and can be deleted or changed by you at any time. Your data will stay on the site until you delete it which beats newspaper advertising and Craig's List. Remember that newspaper circulation is in a steady decline and more and more people are turning to the WEB to find information. We urge you to post your rental properties here so that you will make the site a success. As more properties are listed here there will be a greater incentive for prospective tenants to use it when looking for a place to rent. This site has the potential to save you money in your advertising expense. Please encourage your acquaintances that own rental property to use this site.
